For customers
Create a customer profile, post your job and compare proposals. View the landscaper’s experience before accepting. Acceptance moves your job to In Progress and declines other pending applications. Confirm the scope, equipment, price and timing directly, then mark the job Completed when the work is done.
For landscapers
Complete your professional profile, browse open jobs and send a proposal with your price, availability and experience. You can apply once per job. Check My Applications in your dashboard for status updates. Accepted jobs include private contact details so you can arrange the work.
Protect your privacy
Public listings show a neighbourhood, not the private property address. Contact information is available only to the customer and accepted landscaper. Uploaded photos are public: never include private documents, faces or sensitive details. Profiles and applications are restricted to authorized accounts.
Work safely and report concerns
Do not send money to secure a job. Confirm identity, qualifications and any insurance needed for the work before proceeding. Avoid sharing passwords or payment information. Sign in and use Report this listing on a job page if you see suspicious content. Only authorized administrators can review reports and close listings.
